In October 2013, we announced that the sale of HSBC's Pakistan operations to JS Bank Limited would no longer go ahead as planned. At this time, HSBC is considering alternative strategic options, and conducting an ongoing review of all banking services offered to our customers.
As a result of this review, we will be discontinuing our Personal Internet Banking service for all HSBC Pakistan customers from 09 March 2014.
What does this mean for you?
From 09 March 2014, you can continue to bank as normal by either, visiting one of our branches, contacting your Relationship Manager, or contacting us through our Call Centre.
The Global View and Global Transfers service for all Premier and Advance customers have ceased on 16 February 2014. You will still be able to access any other accounts you may hold with HSBC in other countries, subject to local regulatory restrictions.
The e-statement facility for all Personal Internet Banking customers have ceased on 16 February 2014.
Keeping you fully informed
We would like to thank you for using our banking services and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We aim to provide you with the highest standards of customer service at all times and are committed to keeping you fully informed of any further changes to your banking services.
