The account for all your day to day transactions with the convenience of online banking and a reliable country wide ATM network. Get easy access to your funds as well as enjoy the privileges of having a Current Account.
Basic Banking Account
- The minimum initial deposit is PKR 1,000
- Non-remunerative account
- No limit on minimum balance. In cases, where balance in BBA remains ‘nil’ for a continuous six-month period, such accounts will be closed
- Maximum two deposit transactions and two cheque withdrawals are allowed, free of charge, through cash/clearing per month
- Unlimited, free of charge, ATM withdrawals from the bank’s own ATMs. In case of withdrawal from BBA through the ATM machines of other banks, the other bank may recover charges for such transactions
- Account statements will be issued twice a year.
- Online withdrawals and transfers (intercity)
- Free ATM card with every account
- Cheque Book charges apply
- Zakat is not applicable.
Local Currency Current Account
For all your day to day transactions, open a Current Account with HSBC and enjoy the convenience offered via online branches and a reliable country wide ATM network.
- The average minimum monthly balance to be maintained is PKR 100,000 for core customers
- No profit
- Personalized Cheque Book
- Online withdrawals and transfers (intercity)
- Withdrawals up to PKR 25,000 daily from any of HSBC and MNET ATMs for Pakistani residents
- Statement frequency can be bi-annual or annual, depending upon customer needs. Statement for any other tenure can be made available on the customer’s request.
- Standing instructions facility.
- Zakat is not applicable
Foreign Currency Current Account
Meant for those who seek an efficient, accessible and convenient transactional capabilities of a world-class bank with highly competitive charges.
- The average minimum monthly balance to be maintained for core customers currently is USD 10,000, GBP 6,500 and EURO 10,000
- No profit
- Personalized Cheque Book
- Online withdrawals and transfers (intercity)
- Withdrawals up to PKR 25,000 daily from any of HSBC and MNET ATMs for Pakistani residents
- Statement frequency can be bi-annual or annual, depending upon customer needs. Statement for any other tenure can be made available on the customer’s request.
