We offer instant advice to our customers free of cost. All non-negotiable copies of DC, amendment and advices are emailed to one designated email address for an Import Account customer and five email addresses for an Export Account customer. This service is only available for DC received by SWIFT.

ITS is an online trade module that runs on HSBCnet, our internet platform. Customers having ITS enjoy the following added benefits:
