Documentary credit

DCs under ICC regulations UCP 600 are issued on behalf of import customers to reduce inherent payment risk to the beneficiary followed by handling of presentation and settlements of import documents/bills under DCs.

Documentary collection/Registration of contract

Documentary collections with or without registration of contracts are handled by us as per ICC regulations URC 522. Registration of contracts with banks is a local product executed under central bank regulations. We do offer this product which is followed by presentations and settlements of import documents/bills against it.

Open account/Advance payment

Both types of settlement modes against imports are highly regulated by the central bank. We offer both settlement modes after ensuring compliance with prescribed local regulations.

Shipping guarantee/Airway bills endorsement

This service is offered to importers where goods arrive before presentation of original documents. We issue a shipping guarantee or endorse an airway bill, in place of original transport document, to allow customers immediate access to goods to avoid idle manufacturing time and demurrages at destination.

Import loans

This product is offered to help the importer bridge the gap between import of imported goods and receipt of funds through subsequent sales. This finance is offered for settlement of import bills primarily under DC transaction both in local and foreign currency.
