HSBC Trade and Supply Chain (TSC) has been a key part of HSBC Pakistan since 1982 and plays a leading role in the local market. TSC Pakistan was awarded Best International Trade Bank in Pakistan at the Trade Finance Awards for Excellence in 2008.
TSC has a strategic presence in five major commercial and industrial cities of the country including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Sialkot. We have a dedicated and professional team, which is well equipped to deal with both conventional and advanced aspects of international trade.
TSC broadly comprises of four distinct functions: Imports, Exports, Guarantees and Client Management. Processing related to import, export and guarantees are centralised at our Karachi office, while business development and sales activities are carried out at all sites through client management professionals.
The Client Management function plays a pivotal role and ensures that HSBC always remains close to its customers. Client Management also seeks out end-to-end transactions and strives to ensure HSBC is present on both sides of the deal for better facilitating of its customers. Furthermore, Client Management proactively seeks out business opportunities and handles customer trade queries.
