My internship experience at HSBC was superb and I had a very good learning of Credit Cards and its processes and how it functions. I was attached as an Intern in OEMU (Unsecured Business) Karachi. My tasks included maintaining the MIS(s) and managed customer correspondence, other than this I also handled follow ups to customers related to credit cards.
In performing these tasks, I was able to gain a better understanding of Credit Cards, one of the most lucrative departments in a bank. The friendly and teaching environment made my learning easier and my overall experience a great one.

I interned at HSBC in the Branch Services Department. I was able to learn a variety of things including learning the management of locker operations, Intercity clearing, updating various MIS(s) and the list goes on. I learned many things there and it was a great experience for me at HSBC. Employees were very cooperative and best of all, the environment was good and the ambience was marvellous.
